Addicted to this Game

Last year I have discovered that via Facebook I can play scrabble against my friends. Scrabble is my favorite board game. I started playing scrabble when I was (let me think) 18 years old. Last year December 26 was my first game after a long time of not playing it. My last game was in 1998. I played scrabble against the computer.
I like it this time because I can play it against my FB friends. One of my FB friends who is also a housewife is my frequent opponent. We start playing around 8:00 am until sometimes 10:00 pm. But we still do our duties as wives, like bringing the kids to school and doing the household chores. While waiting for the other side to put his/her words I can still do the household chores. It is really enjoyable and educational to learn some new words.

Yep. I play board games like chess, scrabble and monopoly. ^_^
my dad was a great influence with our love for scrabble. we were playing this board game since i was grade 3 (so that makes it years old for me)... i can just imagine the patience that my dad exhibited on those younger years of me and my brother:-)
I like all kinds of games and used to play them on pogo.com a lot! They have a great variety over there and you can chat with opponents while playing or play against the computer--either way. Unfortunately, since I've been blogging I don't play so much anymore.
